1. Nature of the service

Aster Play is a personal media player (BYOC — Bring Your Own Content) for Roku devices. It allows users to play back media playlists provided by themselves. The application does not provide, host, or distribute any audio or video content.

2. User responsibility

The user is solely and exclusively responsible for the content they load and play through the application, including verifying copyrights and the legality of the content in their jurisdiction. Using the application to play copyrighted content without proper authorization is strictly prohibited.

3. License

We grant the user a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application. Decompiling, redistributing, or modifying the application is prohibited.

4. Trial period and activation

New devices get a 7-day free trial. After this period, an activation (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) must be purchased to continue using the application.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The application is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the application will be compatible with any specific media playlist provided by the user.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the application, including loss of access to third-party content.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend access from any device that violates these terms or uses the application for illegal purposes.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the operators of the application are located.
