This page is maintained by the operators of the Aster Play application and describes how we collect, use, and protect the information of users of the application for Roku devices.

1. Information collected

Aster Play is a personal media player (BYOC — Bring Your Own Content). To operate, we collect:

• The Roku device MAC address, to identify the installation.
• The media playlist URL provided by the user.
• Registration date and access expiration date.

We do not collect name, email, location, financial data, or any other personally identifiable information beyond the MAC address.

2. Media content

Aster Play does not host, distribute, or provide any audio or video content. All content played back is supplied by the user through a personal playlist URL. The user is solely responsible for the legality of the content they play.

3. Use of information

The collected information is used exclusively to authenticate the device, link the user's personal playlist, and manage the access period of the application.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share collected information with third parties, except when required by law.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on our own servers with restricted access and encrypted transmission via HTTPS.

6. User rights

Users may request the deletion of their device from our database at any time by contacting us at the email address below.

7. Children

The application is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date at the top of this page indicates the current version.
